11/03/2013 - Depeche mode Live on Letterman

Si por alguna razón no lo saben, esta noche Depeche Mode oficializa su regreso presentandose en vivo en el Show en vivo de David Letterman y mas tarde en el Late Show también de Letterman, donde interpretarán Heaven.

La presentación en vivo será a las 5:00 PM (hora de New York) y la aparición en el David Letterman Late Show será a las 11:35 (hora de New York)

Y finalmente se filtró

Bueno, se acerca el 1 de Febrero y no hubo una filtración que calme las ansias. Aparentemente "Heaven" estará disponible para la difusión radial a partir del día Jueves 31 de Enero.

Por otra parte, tambien aparecieron unos snippets que lo único que logran es aumentar aún mas la ansiedad.

Tampoco faltan los inescrupulosos que buscan engañar a los Fans aprovechandose de la situación y publicando links apócrifos que ofrecen la descarga del álbum completo.

También se dieron a conocer imágenes del rodaje del vidéo de Heaven que será estrenado mundialmente el 1 de Febrero a través del canal oficial de VEVO. Desconozco si dicho estreno será en un horario determinado como Live Streaming, o si estará desde un principio disponible con la modalidad Streaming On Demand.

Por último, pero no por eso menos importante, la página oficial agregó un nuevo subdominio dedicado al lanzamiento que se avecina en el cual aparecen Tweets de los fanáticos publicados con el hashtag #depechemodeheaven. Cabe destacar también que, ocultas en el código fuente de esta página estaban las imagenes que se encuentran a la derecha. No fueron filtraciones.


En fin, se acerca la fecha y hemos llegado con mas incertidumbres de las que hubiéramos pensado. Recuerden que para el lanzamiento de SOTU en 2009 ya a estas alturas habíamos escuchado Demos e incluso tuvimos un álbum filtrado poco mas de un mes antes de su lanzamiento.
Tan solo nos queda esperar hasta el próximo Viernes al estreno del vidéo y lanzamiento del single y, en el mejor de los casos, a algún webcast o broadcast rip que pueda asomarse a la red el día Jueves.
